You Need to

We need you to provide us with prompt and accurate information for us to provide you with the Services.

We will rely on the accuracy of all information provided by you, or by others on your behalf, without independently verifying all information so please let us know as soon as there is any change to the information you have provided.

From time to time, we will also need you to complete and sign documents. We will need you to do so promptly, within the time we request, to not delay our Services.

If we are providing Services to you jointly, we accept instructions both jointly and separately from you.

We will rely on instructions provided by you, or any instructions which we believe to be provided by you.

Where we provide ‘execution-only’ type services, these services are provided on a ‘no advice’ basis. You are responsible for determining that any investment decision you make is appropriate to your investment objectives, financial situation, and particular needs.

Unless otherwise agreed by us, the Services are provided solely for your benefit and may not be relied upon by any other person.

We may provide the Services in person or electronically.

We may also send documents to you electronically (including via hyperlink or USB) or ask you to sign documents electronically. If you don’t want to receive or sign documents in this way, please let us know.

Our payments are directly debited from your credit card or bank account. If the payments invalid or delayed, we may charge you an additional amount for our Services which are equal to interest on the unpaid balances at a rate equal to 2% above the Westpac Banking Corporation’s indicator 180-day bank bill rate.

As required by law, we will ask you to renew this Agreement after each anniversary date. The renewal term is an additional protection and does not affect your ability to terminate this Agreement at any time.

This Agreement may be stopped by either you or us by giving written notice (accepted via email). The Agreement will also terminate if you do not renew it.

We may disclose client information (including personal information) to third parties to enable us to provide our Services and to our legal advisers for the purposes of monitoring the quality of the Services. By engaging us, you are providing us with permission to make these disclosures in accordance with our Privacy Policy. For further details about our third-party disclosures and the handling of personal information please refer to our Privacy Policy which is available at https://www.xin.com.au.

We respect and protect the confidentiality of any confidential information that we obtain from you. Such confidential information will not be disclosed to other parties except as required or allowed for by law or with your express permission.

This consent will cease to have effect 150 days after the anniversary day of the Agreement. You can withdraw your consent or terminate or vary the ongoing fee arrangement at any time by notice in writing to us. button.
